The System FALA application is a component of the FALA System designed to facilitate convenient and efficient purchase of railway tickets across the Pomeranian Voivodeship, including tickets from the Pomeranian Tariff, as well as urban transport tickets in Gdańsk, Gdynia, Sopot, Słupsk, Chojnice, Lębork, Puck, and Władysławowo.

The application is available free of charge and does not impose any service fees. Upon downloading the System FALA app, users are prompted to create either an anonymous (non-personalized) or personalized (named) account, followed by email verification and PIN setup for account security.

With the System FALA application, users can perform a variety of functions:

Purchase single-journey or time-based tickets
Buy or renew personalized period tickets, including options for automatic renewal
Request ticket refunds
Use a QR code from the app during ticket inspections for identification
Check the balance in the ePortmonetka
Top up the ePortmonetka account and set up recurring automatic top-ups
Download invoices for purchased tickets
Review transaction history on the user account
Share account access with family members or business associates
Manage shared family member accounts
Add a payment card as an identifier within the system and as a payment instrument
Create travel profiles (e.g., for trips with children or partners)
Block the FALA Card or close an account
